Bentley's day out

February is a busy month for cards in this house. Today I've been working on hubby's birthday card from our LO. I love these shaped bases from Which Craft? in Doncaster where I often do workshops. It was also a great chance to practice my watercolour pencil and waterbrush technique. I only got the for Christmas so it's still a bit hit and miss....this is the second image. The first got rather waterlogged.

Stamp is Bentley Bear free with this month's C&P magazine. Blue bazzil has been embossed with Swiss Dots on the trusty Cuttlebug and the papers are Papermania.

I shall enter this into:

Quirky Crafts - spots, stripes and embossing
Fab n funky - colour combo: chocolate and blue
Stampin' royalty - navy, suede and breeze
PaperPlay - stamp it out
Crafty sentiments - a bear on a card
